倔强的孩子在外面打架、游戏，吃了亏，受了损，一定咬紧牙关忍下来，不会在别人的面前流眼泪。但是当他回到家中，遇上自己的亲人时，想起在外面的委屈，一定会哭得一把鼻涕一把眼泪。
倔强的成年人，也是一样，不论受了什么样的伤害，都善于掩饰自己的感情，眼泪只会往肚里吞，给人看的是毫不在乎的欢笑。然而，再倔强的人，一旦在自己的亲人面前，可以肯定这个人对自己的情爱，毫无保留之际，一样会哭，不但哭，而且会哭得十分伤心。
如果有人对你哭，而这个人平时又绝不是会哭的那种人，那么，就让他对着你哭个痛快。因为在那个哭的人心中，你是他最亲近的人。
有人能在你面前哭，比只有人在你面前笑好得多。笑，谁不会？哭，有多么困难！

When aPerson Weeps or Cries

A child plays away from home andfight with others. He’s defeated, gets hurt and suffers shame.If he (or she)is strong-willed, he would clench his teeth, making a firm grip on himselffromshedding tears in front of others. But as soon as he returns home he wouldburst outcrying at the first sight of his close relatives. He would be all tearspouring out his sufferings.
The same is true for astrong-willed grown-up. No matter what harm he sufferers he would dohis bestto disguise, trying not to reveal his feelings. He would swallow his bittertears andshow a smiling face at others as if he doesn’t care a bit. Buthowever strong-willed he is, mostprobably he would cry as soon as he meets hisclose relative who loves him and to whom he canpour out his heartunreservedly. Not only he’d weep but he’d cry his eyes out in grief.
If somebody weeps in your face—theperson never of the type shedding tears in front of others,you’d better sit byand let him (or her) cry out to his heart’s content, for it shows youareregarded as his dearest or the most reliable one.
It’s much better to have someoneweeping in your face than be met exclusively by a smilingface.
Anyone can smile at you, but veryfew will weep in your face, because the latter is much harderfor one to dothan the former.
