The Second G20 Sherpa Meeting was convened in Guangzhou, China from 6 to 8 April, 2016,and in relation to climate change, agreed on the following broad common understanding:
二十国集团（G20）第二次协调人会议于2016年4月6日至8日在中国广州举行，并就气候变化问题达成以下共识：
1.Climate change is one of the greatest challenges facing the world today. We welcomed theadoption of the Paris Agreement at the 21st Session of the Conference of the Parties to theUnited Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), and were satisfied thatG20 members had played a key role in facilitating this progress.
1.气候变化是当前世界面临的最严峻的挑战之一。我们欢迎《联合国气候变化框架公约》第21次缔约方大会通过的《巴黎协定》，并对G20为推动这一进展所发挥的关键作用感到满意。
2.We recognized that the Paris Agreement is a comprehensive, balanced and ambitiousdocument, which is guided by the principles of the Convention, including the principles ofequity and of common but differentiated responsibilities and respective capabilities, in thelight of different national circumstances. It marked a milestone in global climate cooperation.
2.我们认为《巴黎协定》是一份全面、均衡、富有雄心的文件，反映了《公约》包括公平、共同但有区别的责任和考虑不同国情、根据各自能力在内的各项原则。《协定》是全球气候合作的一个重要里程碑。
3.We shall work to promote the implementation of the Paris Agreement, including by signingthe Agreement on 22 April, 2016 or thereafter, taking into account our respective domesticsteps to join the Agreement with a view to bringing the Paris Agreement into force as soon aspossible.
3.我们将推动落实《巴黎协定》，包括于4月22日或其后尽快签署，并根据各自国内程序加入《协定》，以推动《协定》尽快生效。
